I understand that (1.) I am undertaking this class at my own risk of injury and Dance On Pointe will not take responsibility for any accidental injuries. (2.) That I must pay the full terms invoice on time or I will be accountable for a late fee and there will be no refunds under any circumstances. (3). That my photo may be used on Dance On Pointe social media unless specified otherwise.
