Class Options
Recreational
Fun, inclusive classes where students can receive quality training in a stress free environment. These classes will perform in our mid year and end of year concert.
Extension
Selective classes for students who wish to take their training to the next level. With competitive and non competitive performance opportunities, these students will work as a team to create high quality routines and learn skills with a higher degree of difficulty. All extension programs are taken on top of regular classes.
Troupe
Once we receive your application form we will advise via email whether your child has successfully received a position in one of our 2026 troupes and what age group they will be a part of. If your child hasn't been a member of our troupes before we may ask for an in person audition to see where they would be best placed. Troupes are based on the student's age as at 1st January 2026 unless advised otherwise.
Performances -
Troupes will perform at 5 competitions and 2-3 community events throughout the year including the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

RAD Ballet Exams
Miss Elise is our RAD registered teacher and each year will choose students who she recommends to sit their ballet exams. ALL exam students are required to attend 2 x ballet classes a week.
If you are interested in your child participating in their exams please contact us for further information.

Advanced Circus + Tumble
Once we receive your application form we will advise via email whether your child has successfully received a position in one of our 2026 Advanced circus/tumble classes. All students must attend 1 x regular circus class to join the Advanced Circus program and all students must attend 1 x regular tumble class to join the Advanced Tumble program.
Performances -
Students will all perform in a showcase night as well as regular concerts. They will also have the option to compete solos at circus competitions and perform at local community events.

DOP
EXPECTATIONS
Uniform must be worn to class every week. We have a wide range of options to suit everyone at our in studio and online uniform store.
All BALLET students must wear a DOP leotard or unitard & ballet shoes with the option of a DOP crossover.
BALLET students require ballet shoes.
JAZZ students require black Jazz shoes.
TAP students require black tap shoes.
HIP HOP students must wear joggers.
TROUPE students require a DOP puffer jacket.
We can fit your child for jazz, ballet, tap & lyrical shoes at the studio.
ENROLMENTINFO
Once you have enrolled at DOP your place is secured for the remainder of the year. There is no re-enrolment process each term. If you choose to un-enrol you must contact us via email before your following terms FEES are due. No refunds will be granted for FEES already paid if you choose to unenrol mid term. A two week notice period is required for all un-enrolments.
CONCERT
MID YEAR CONCERT - 20th + 21st June 2026 (The Joan Theatre)
END OF YEAR CONCERT - 12th + 13th December (The Joan Theatre)
