TICKETS ON SALE 12.30PM FRIDAY 13TH NOVEMBER
WHAT TO ARRIVE IN
UNIFORM
All students to arrive in DOP Uniform. DOP will have ALL costumes ready for you at the venue.
WHAT TO BRING
All of the correct shoes e.g. ballet shoes, jazz shoes, Hip Hop shoes or tap shoes.
Drink Bottle & snacks/lunch (no nuts)
BAND APP
DROP OFF/ PICK UP
CONCERT DAY
Students won't be able to leave the venue in between shows. They are welcome to greet family/ have food dropped off etc after show 7 but they will need to be back in the dressing room again by 1.30pm ready for show 8.
ARRIVAL TIME: 9.30AM
SHOW TIME: 11AM & 2.30PM
APPROX FINISH TIME: 4.30PM
DROP OFF
Please drop your child to the designated check in area for their age group. When you get there your child will receive a wrist band with their name & routines written on them and will go with DOP staff back stage. Please understand we cannot let any parents into the back stage/dressing room area for child safety reasons.
PICK UP
You will be able to collect your child from where you picked them up after the concert finishes. Please have 1 parent line up to collect your child to avoid congestion.
HAIR & MAKEUP
MAKEUP
Light foundation, neutral eye shadow colours e.g. browns and nudes, bronzer and nude lipstick.
HAIR
Slick Low, middle part bun. Use hair gel, hairspray & bun net with pins.
BOYS
No makeup,
hair styled back off face.
