TICKETS ON SALE FROM 4PM SUNDAY 9TH NOVEMBER
WHAT TO ARRIVE IN
UNIFORM
All students to arrive in their DOP uniform unless they only have 1 concert costume in which case their costume will be sent home prior to the day and they are to arrive in this costume. All other costumes will be taken to the venue by DOP and hung in routine order ready for the show. Students will then take their costumes home with them after the show.

REHEARSAL

​ARRIVAL TIME: 3.30pm
REHEARSAL TIME: 4-7pm
11U PICK UP: 7PM
13U/SNR PICK UP: 7.15PM

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR DOP UNIFORM TO REHEARSAL + BRING ALL OF THEIR REQUIRED SHOES.

DROP OFF/ PICK UP
DROP OFF
Please drop your child to the designated checkin area for their age group. When you get there your child will receive a wrist band with their name & routines written on them and will go with DOP staff back stage. Please understand we cannot let any parents into the back stage/dressing room area for child safety reasons.
PICK UP
You will be able to collect your child from where you picked them up after the concert finishes. Please have 1 parent line up to collect your child to avoid congestion.
CONCERT DAY

ARRIVAL: 11.15AM
​
PICK UP: 6.45PM
​
Students won't be able to leave the venue in between shows. They are welcome to greet family/ have food dropped off etc after show 6 but they will need to be back in the dressing room again by 3.45pm ready for show 7.
WHAT TO BRING
All of the correct shoes e.g. ballet shoes, jazz shoes, Hip Hop shoes or tap shoes.

Drink Bottle & snacks/lunch (no nuts)
HAIR & MAKEUP
MAKEUP
Light foundation, neutral eye shadow colours e.g. browns and nudes, bronzer and nude lipstick.
HAIR
Slick Low, middle part bun. Use hair gel, hairspray & bun net with pins.
BOYS
No makeup,
hair styled back off face.
